- Booking details: name, email, phone number, nationality, travel dates, party size and pickup hotel.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, chat, email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your tour and hotel bookings, including sharing the details a partner hotel or guide needs to serve you.
- To send booking confirmations, vouchers and updates about your trip.
- To answer your questions.
- To send offers only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
Sharing
We share booking details only with the hotel, guide or transport supplier delivering your booking, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Email info@blueoceantravel.online.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to booking data is limited to our staff who need it.
