Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Blue Ocean Travel ("we", "us") through blueoceantravel.online, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email with your booking reference. Please check names, dates, pickup location and party size and tell us about any mistake within 24 hours.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and include the items listed under "Includes" on each tour. Items under "Excludes" (for example tips, personal expenses and optional activities) are not included. Where a deposit is offered, the remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour or on arrival at the hotel.

3. Hotel stays

Hotel rooms are provided by our partner hotels under contract with us. Check-in and check-out times, house rules and any resort fees are set by each hotel and shown on the hotel page where available. Special requests (bed type, view, early check-in) are passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Changes and cancellations

  • Tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are not refunded.
  • Hotels: the cancellation policy shown on the room at the time of booking applies.
  • Date changes are free when requested at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.

5. When we change or cancel

Sea trips can be cancelled by the port authority because of weather. If we cancel, you can choose another date or a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities

Bring a valid passport or ID, follow the guide's safety instructions, and tell us in advance about medical conditions that could affect water or desert activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Liability

We select licensed suppliers and partner hotels carefully. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or government decisions.
